Nimiipuu Health (Idaho, US) SPIRIT Project Partner Spotlight

Nimiipuu Health has two locations on the Nez Perce Reservation in north-central Idaho. We joined Family Spirit a little over a year ago and our participant number is increasing over time. To recruit new families, we have hosted a couple of fun events to spread the word of our new program. We had a great Mother’s Day event and our annual Water Safety day at our local aquatic center. In September, Sonya and Alishia attended Family Spirit THRIVE in Denver. This has been beneficial to our patients and their families, as many of our parents have multiple children that qualify. We just wrapped up a calendar promoting breastfeeding throughout the reservation. We are looking forward to 2025 and continuation of growth!
